About Malak Morgan

MALAKMORGANARCHITECT formerly Morgan Architecture established in 1993  was in active practice from 1983 through 1990. Its practice is broad in scope and varied in scale. Capabilities extend to building planning and design, interior design, graphics, construction administration and property condition assessment.

Our goal is to serve our clients with professional rigor and creativity, while carefully controlling costs. For that purpose, we operate with a core staff, and form partnerships with other professionals and consulting firms to address individual projects.

While affiliated with multi-million dollar corporations, working as a member of a team of technical professionals, Malak Morgan served as a consultant for business real estate owners and property managers.  She has conducted critique and review of major development projects, including the Office Center at Short Hills, Hilton Court East, and the Times Square Redevelopment project.  She has also conducted condition surveys for existing buildings, which have included recommendations for remedial work, cost estimating, value engineering and advising on budget estimates, scheduling and phasing the proposed remedial work with asset and property managers. As the Architect of record, she was responsible for St. Mina Church and Community Center in Holmdel, N.J. (17,000 sq. ft. gross area/$3 million construction cost) and St. Mary Church and Community Center in East Brunswick, N.J. (22,000 Sq. Ft. gross area/$4.5 million construction cost

Malak Morgan has been responsible for architectural design and construction documentation on projects in the institutional, commercial/recreational, residential, and health fields.
